Shamanic trance journeys into the lower or upper world allow a connection with the subconscious or superconscious. The unconscious becomes conscious, allowing blockages to be released and messages to be received. It is also possible to release soul contracts and energetically clarify relationships. What we change within ourselves also changes on the outside.
The drumming, rattling or singing influences our heartbeat, helps us to fall into a light trance and carries us into the other worlds. We remain capable of acting at all times.

Through retrieval and reintegration, we feel complete again, feel a stronger connection to the creative power and our spiritual guidance, which strengthens our soul and enables deep healing on all levels.
