Reiki Usui - Practice evenings
Practice opportunity - exchange - further education
Open to all Reiki practitioners, these meetings offer an opportunity to apply Reiki, exchange ideas, clarify questions, deepen what has been learned and receive new input.
After about an hour of input on the topic listed below, I will open the room for questions and other concerns regarding Reiki Usui. We then treat each other in groups of two so that all participants can give and receive a treatment.
During the input, techniques are taught that were not covered in the Reiki 1st and 2nd degree courses, as they were not taught by Dr. Mikao Usui or his direct students, but by later teachers. All of them are powerful tools and suitable for self-treatment as well as treatment by others.
Anyone who does not want to or cannot attend the input at 6 pm can also join us at 7 pm to practise.
In the online meetings we work via distance treatment, which is why those meetings require the distance healing symbol and therefore the second Reiki degree.

Up to three days before the evening. Implementation from two registrations.

Input from 18:00 - 19:00: CHF 50
Treatment exchange from 19:00: free of charge
Strengthening aura perception with Reiki - in German
We take a closer look at the structure of the aura, learn to feel the different layers, recognize blockages and balance too much or too little energy with Reiki.

Setting healthy boundaries with Reiki - in German
Demarcation is not a hard isolation or aggressive defense, but a respectful and empathetic “no” to external demands and “yes” to one's own needs: With Reiki, we learn to remain softer and more mindful in challenging situations, as well as energetic methods of setting boundaries.

Healing the past with Reiki - in German
The distant healing symbol allows the sending of Reiki into the past and future: We send Reiki into our own past to support us retroactively in times when we would have needed it. This can be both pre- and postnatal, as well as our own birth. This technique is a variation of spiritual healing/mental healing, as it also works with affirmations.

Kundalini - Reiki - in German
We get to know the spiritual side of Reiki better, as well as how we can gently stimulate the Kundalini power with breathing exercises and the fire dragon symbol to promote spiritual development and then store this power for the long term.

Reiki in everyday life - in German
We expand our repertoire of techniques for the application of Reiki in everyday life, especially in relation to grounding, cleansing and protection.

Heart healing with Reiki - in German
Many emotions accumulate in our heart and then it becomes difficult. We learn to connect with our heart, to face emotions mindfully and compassionately and to gently release emotional wounds.

Experience Reiki group power - in German
We learn to use the “Reiki ball” to focus group energy and use it for people and situations. You are welcome to bring along situations that are bothering you and that need healing. We will take care of it together.

Chakra work with Reiki - in German
Here we delve even deeper into chakra work than in the 2nd degree course: we learn more about the structure of the chakras and how to feel whether they are working optimally or not, to find out what they need and how we can harmonize them with Reiki and affirmations.

“Just today, don't get angry...” but how exactly? We will learn tricks and techniques for dealing with worries, anger and other strong feelings in order to be able to implement Dr. Mikao Usui's five life principles profitably in our everyday lives.

We will learn various simple but powerful Reiki-based meditation techniques for more light and a higher vibration in everyday life in order to create a harmonious daily meditation practice.

Soul song with Reiki - in German
The connection to your own soul can be strengthened with the soul song. It is able to touch very deeply and often images that are important for finding and living one's own soul path are revealed during or afterwards. This technique is a variation of spiritual healing/mental healing. And don't worry: you don't have to be good at singing to do it.
