Feeling self-worth, strengthening self-love, practising self-acceptance, nurturing self-confidence and living self-awareness - all of these areas are intertwined. They have to do with our inner attitude and cannot be influenced from the outside.

Unfortunately, there is no miracle cure for self-love, but energy work can help us achieve significant breakthroughs and easy-to-apply techniques from mental and mindfulness training can help us become aware of our self-criticism in everyday life and learn to treat ourselves with greater understanding. By making peace and accepting ourselves as we are step by step, we can become our own best friend. Being true to ourselves makes us more confident and courageous. We radiate more self-confidence and find it easier to access joy and lightness.

On this course day, you will compare how you perceive yourself and others and learn how you can change your inner perception in order to treat yourself more lovingly, which will also have a positive influence on your external actions and your impact on others. You will get to know your inner critic/driver and learn how to work with him. He is not just an annoying nag that comments without being asked, but also performs important functions. Through dialog with him, you can find other ways to achieve your goals without having to condemn yourself. In this way, a more loving inner dialog can develop.

You will also identify beliefs and learn to transform them, which is essential for achieving long-term success, because as long as these programs operate without restriction, they act as self-sabotage against any will, no matter how strong. You will also find resources and learn tools to help you learn how to better distance yourself emotionally and energetically from external criticism. And finally, you will focus on your presence and learn to perceive how it feels when you are with yourself and when you are energetically beside yourself. These insights and techniques will help you in everyday life to find your way back to your center and thus your strength more easily, to feel good and strong again and to be able to consciously perceive and act.
